In the centre of Callander, which is set in The Trossachs National Park, this Georgian town house provides individually styled rooms with free Wi-Fi and home-cooked breakfasts.

Hearty Scottish breakfasts are provided every morning, served in the spacious dining room.

Bracklinn Falls

 

The Bracklinn Falls are a series of waterfalls north-east of Callander, on the course of the Keltie Water, where the river crosses the Highland Boundary Fault. 

Loch Lubnaig

 

Loch Lubnaig is a small freshwater loch near Callander and lies in the former county of Perthshire. It is part of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. The loch nestles in the space between Ben Ledi and Ben Vorlich.

Doune Castle 

 

Doune Castle is a medieval stronghold near the village of Doune, in the Stirling district of central Scotland. The castle is sited on a wooded bend where the Ardoch Burn flows into the River Teith.

Loch Katrine

 

Loch Katrine is a freshwater loch and scenic attraction in the Trossachs area of the Scottish Highlands. Cruise the loch on the Sir Walter Scott Steamer and take in the scenery.

Ben Ledi

 

Ben Ledi is a mountain seen from Callander Main Street. It is 879 m high, and is classified as a Corbett. It lies about 6.4 kilometres north-west of Callander, near the village of Kilmahog.

Spirit of Callander

 

It is thought some 200 years ago (1817) an illicit whisky distillery graced Callander with its presence…
Although the exact location is unknown the Spirit is certainly felt today in this very spot. Whiskey & Gin Tasting Sessions available here.
